Company disclosures and announcements frame the transaction at about US$975 million in an all-stock structure involving the issuance of roughly 75 million shares, while some media coverage has described the value as “around US$900 million,” reflecting simplified or rounded reporting.
As part of the deal, Lame authorized the use of identifiers and behavioral models (including “Face ID” and “Voice ID,” as cited in coverage of filings and statements) for AI digital-twin development, which the company says could support always-on, cross-time-zone livestream commerce and broader licensing, partnerships, and co-branded products
