Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed former Canadian deputy prime minister and finance minister Chrystia Freeland as an economic development adviser, saying her investment-attraction experience will help strengthen Ukraine’s internal resilience and recovery efforts amid the war.
