Canadian authorities have issued an immediate recall of “Angry Orange Enzyme Stain Removers” due to potential contamination with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, a bacterium that can cause serious infections in people with weakened immune systems or those using medical devices.
The recall affects products with “Orange Twist” and “Fresh Clean” scents, with expiration dates up to October 7, 2027. Approximately 43,781 units were sold in Canada between March 2019 and December 2025.
Health officials warn the bacteria may enter through wounds or inhalation, posing risks of skin or respiratory infections. Consumers are urged to stop using the product and dispose of it or contact the manufacturer for a refund.
Additionally, earlier food recalls remain active, including “No Name Beef Burgers” due to E. coli O157:H7 contamination, announced on January 14, 2026. No illnesses have been reported to date.
These actions reflect ongoing efforts to safeguard public health and maintain product safety across Canadian mark
