DeepL launches real-time voice translation in 40+ languages, including Arabic

DeepL has launched a new real-time spoken translation service called DeepL Voice, expanding beyond text and document translation into live conversations and meetings. The new offering is designed for multilingual work environments and supports live translation on web and mobile, as well as in Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.
According to DeepL’s official materials, the service supports more than 40 translation languages, with Arabic included among the available translation languages. Arabic also appears among some supported spoken input languages for meeting transcription, although in certain cases that support requires an admin-enabled third-party processing option.
The launch reflects the growing push among AI companies to move from text-only translation toward more natural, real-time multilingual communication. For Arabic-speaking users, the inclusion of Arabic makes the product more relevant for international meetings, professional communication, and multilingual customer support.
