Arabic-Language Session in Ottawa to Help Para Transpo Users Book Trips Online

The South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre, in collaboration with OC Transpo Para Transpo, will host an Arabic-language community session on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, to help Arabic-speaking Para Transpo users learn how to use My Para Transpo to book and manage their trips online.
The session will run from 10 a.m. to noon at the South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre, 1355 Bank Street, seventh floor, Heatherington Room, Ottawa.
Participants will receive step-by-step guidance on how to use My Para Transpo online or through the app, including how to make, change and manage bookings.
The session will also include practical tips, hands-on support and an opportunity for participants to ask questions while learning how to navigate the system.
The event is aimed particularly at Arabic-speaking members of the community who use Para Transpo, as well as family members or caregivers who may help them manage their transportation.
Organizers say everyone is welcome and are encouraging community members to share the information with anyone who could benefit from the session.
