Saudi Arabia Offers Free Adobe AI Tools to More Than 27 Million People

Adobe has expanded its partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and PIF-backed HUMAIN, providing 12 months of free access to selected Adobe AI-powered creative tools for more than 27 million eligible Saudi citizens and residents. Eligibility includes users aged 13 and above.
The offer includes Adobe Firefly Standard and Adobe Express Premium features, giving users access to AI-powered tools for creating images, designs and digital content. Access is expected to roll out gradually by the end of 2026.
Adobe and HUMAIN are also developing HUMAIN Image 1, a new image-generation model designed to support Arabic-language prompts and produce content aligned with Saudi cultural context. The model will be available through Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express.
Adobe values its commitment under the partnership at more than $4 billion, representing the estimated value of the services and tools it plans to provide rather than a direct government cash payment.
