Saudi Civil Defense teams responded to missile debris at four locations in western Saudi Arabia on Saturday, October 24, following the interception of two ballistic missiles attributed to Yemen's Houthi movement.
The missiles had been launched toward the Makkah and Madinah regions, according to a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
Authorities identified the affected locations as Wadi Al-Mughammas near Makkah, the Al-Nuzha district of Jeddah, Wadi Jalil in Taif and Masturah in Rabigh governorate.
The Civil Defense said emergency procedures were implemented at the sites. Its initial statement provided no information about casualties or the extent of any damage.
The incident formed part of a broader day of missile threats across Saudi Arabia. Coalition forces separately reported intercepting projectiles heading toward Riyadh, Taif and Yanbu.
The latest developments follow weeks of intensified Houthi attacks, including strikes involving airports and energy facilities.
