Saudi Arabia said its Ras Tanura complex, home to the kingdom’s largest domestic refinery and a key crude export terminal, was targeted in an attempted drone attack on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, but no damage was reported.
Reuters also reported that Saudi state media, citing an Energy Ministry source, said supplies were not disrupted.
The incident came two days after a separate drone attack on the same complex forced the refinery to shut, Reuters said, against the backdrop of heightened regional tensions affecting energy logistics.
