Netanyahu at the White House: pushing Iran talks to include missiles

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to meet U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House, where he is expected to press for expanding any U.S.-Iran diplomatic track beyond the nuclear file to include Iran’s missile program and other regional concerns Israel views as direct threats.
Reuters reported the talks come amid elevated regional tensions and renewed back-channel diplomacy, as Israel warns against a “narrow” agreement that leaves key security issues outside any potential understandings.
Iran, however, has reiterated that its missile capabilities are not negotiable, complicating prospects for a broader framework.
Gaza is also expected to feature prominently in the discussions, with widening scrutiny over ceasefire pathways and post-war arrangements.
