Egyptian actor Ahmed Hatem sparked concern among fans after appearing with a foot injury during his Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, following a series of photos he shared from the holy sites on Instagram.
Hatem did not disclose medical details about the injury or its severity. However, his calm spiritual post, accompanied by the Quranic phrase "My Lord, I am in need of whatever good You send down to me," reassured many followers, who filled the comments with prayers for healing and acceptance.
The post drew wide engagement from fans and fellow artists, many of whom wished him a safe recovery and a blessed pilgrimage after the image of his injured foot circulated across social media.
Hatem had previously appeared in ihram clothing from the holy sites alongside religious chanter Mostafa Atef, in a photo that was widely shared by followers during the Hajj season.
