A financial dispute between two men in Cairo ended with an entire family of four killed — a father, a mother and their two daughters, aged 14 and 16. The mother and the two teenage girls were found dead inside a covered car in the Fifth Settlement before investigators also discovered that the father had been killed. A suspect has been arrested, with preliminary inquiries pointing to earlier financial dealings between him and the father.

The case began when a car that had remained parked and covered in the Al-Narges area of New Cairo raised suspicion. Inside, authorities found the bodies of the 43-year-old mother and her two daughters, one aged 16 and the other 14. As the investigation expanded, authorities determined that the father had also been killed, turning the discovery of three bodies in a vehicle into an investigation involving the deaths of an entire family.

Preliminary investigations indicate that the father and the suspect had previously been involved in financial dealings and a business relationship. Reports say a dispute later developed over approximately 100,000 Egyptian pounds. Investigators are examining information indicating that the father was killed first before the violence extended to his wife and daughters, even though the reported financial dispute involved the two men.

The emerging account has added a particularly painful dimension to the case. Preliminary information indicates that the mother was told her husband had been involved in a traffic accident and was sent a location to reach him. She reportedly travelled there with her two daughters believing the father needed help. The three were subsequently killed and their bodies were later found inside the vehicle. These details remain part of an ongoing investigation and have not been established by a final court ruling.

Egyptian authorities have arrested a suspect, while investigators continue examining evidence from the locations connected to the case. Surveillance footage, forensic evidence and autopsy findings are being reviewed as authorities work to reconstruct the sequence and timing of the killings.

The full circumstances and final motive remain under investigation. What is established so far, however, is the scale of the loss: a financial dispute involving two adults ended with four members of one family dead, including two teenage girls who were not parties to the reported dispute.
