Egypt national team head coach Hossam Hassan and his wife Dan Adam reconciled on Wednesday, September 9, after a dispute that began while the couple were staying on Egypt’s North Coast and escalated to the point of divorce being considered before efforts to calm the situation succeeded.
The disagreement began Tuesday during the couple’s stay on the North Coast before they returned to their home in Alexandria’s Laurent district. No specific reason for the dispute has been publicly disclosed.
Mohamed Shams, Dan Adam’s lawyer and a family friend, stepped in to try to reconcile the couple before any divorce procedures moved forward, alongside other efforts to contain the dispute.
The reconciliation attempt succeeded on Wednesday, with Shams confirming that no divorce had taken place and that the relationship between Hossam Hassan and Dan Adam was stable, bringing the brief marital dispute to an end.
