Shooters From 51 Countries Contest World Cup in Egypt

The Rifle and Pistol World Cup began competition on Saturday, October 10, at Egypt’s International Olympic City, with 385 shooters from 51 countries on the entry list.
Egypt has 23 athletes listed, according to the International Shooting Sport Federation. Competition runs through October 15. The event’s official October 8–16 programme also covers delegation arrivals and departures.
The programme includes men’s and women’s rifle and pistol events, plus 10-metre mixed-team competitions. The federation says all finals are streamed free on its official YouTube channel.
Cairo will also host the separate 300-metre Rifle World Championship from October 15 to 20, on dates confirmed by the federation.
