Cars and Motorcycles Gather in Laval to Mark Morocco’s Royal Anniversary

Laval, Quebec, hosted a community car and motorcycle gathering on Sunday, August 9, 2026, marking the 27th anniversary of King Mohammed VI’s accession to the Moroccan throne.
Participants gathered at the Carrefour Laval parking area near Le Carrefour and Daniel-Johnson boulevards, with organizers setting 2 p.m. as the start time for the event.
Photos and video from the gathering showed motorcycles, community members and a strong display of Moroccan flags and national colours across vehicles and participants’ clothing.
The event was organized by Moroccan Bikers Club and Cultures & Diversité, combining a national commemoration with a community gathering for Moroccans in Laval.
